Shipping policy

We do our best to ship orders within 24 hours of receipt.  Orders placed by 11am Mountain Time typically are shipped the same day.  Orders that come in after 11am will ship the next day.  Occasionally we may be temporarily out of stock in a particular item, but we receive shipments every day of the week.  In the event that we are out of stock on an item in your order, we will contact you to let you know when we expect it back in and you can decide if you want us to ship your order complete when the item comes in or if you want us to remove that item from your order and refund you for the item.
