As part of the new Isis Books & Gifts complex, we have space available for a Yoga/Pilates or Spa center. Your space includes a private entrance, reception area, mat storage, bathroom, dressing room area and large movement studio with hardwood floors and dedicated heating system.
In addition to our busy and beautiful retail space, there are also a variety of offices and treatment rooms within the building with clientele who are interested in enhancing their own health and exercise. Within the building complex will also be a coffee/tea/refreshment shop where your clientele can relax after their workout. With such a wonderful assortment of services anchored by our popular bookstore, we will all see our businesses synergistically increase as we share clientele and attract new customers.
Already an established and busy area, this location is part of the Englewood South Broadway Corridor Plan and slated for ongoing marketing and revitalization by the city of Englewood. This location is one half block south of Yale on the west side of Broadway. Swallow Hill Music Association is one block north attracting a large population with their events and workshops. Approximately 2 miles further north of this location is the new Cherokee Redevelopment Project which is developing 24 acres at the site of the former Gates Rubber Plant at I-25 and Broadway. This development of 2,500 residential units, light rail, offices, parks and retail is scheduled to open in 2010.
The build-out of the new Isis Books and Gifts will feature an outstanding exterior façade in an eye-catching ancient Egyptian architectural style. We plan an extensive marketing campaign starting in January 2008 which will include radio, television, print ad, direct mail and press releases to announce the new opening. All businesses that are a part of the new Isis Books and Gifts complex will be featured in our 2008 advertising campaign at no charge!
