With our large on hand inventory we are able to ship 95% of our orders within
48 hours of receipt. We may hold your order up to 5 days if one or more out
of stock items is expected in during that time. Otherwise, orders are
shipped immediately with back ordered items shipped later at no extra charge.
We use recycled packing materials whenever possible.
STANDARD SHIPPING CHARGES:
$0.00 - $19.99 = $5.99
$20.00 - $49.99 = $7.99
$50.00 - $99.99 = $9.99
$100.00 and up = $14.99
Alaska, Hawaii, Canadian, APO, FPO: please add 10% of total order to the
shipping & handling charges.
Prison shipments: because of the limitations that prisons impose on the
receiving of shipments, we must ship U.S. Postal. Please add 10% of total
order to the shipping & handling charges.
Standard shipping is FedEx Ground, US Priority or 1st Class
Mail. Overnight, 2nd Day and 3rd Day delivery available, please call for
additional shipping charges.
FedEx not available to post office boxes

RETURNS: Only items in perfect resalable condition will be accepted
for exchange/store credit only. Please call for a return authorization within
5 days after you receive your order. Write the authorization number on the
outside of your package and pack the items carefully in a box or padded
envelope. Items received by us in less than perfect condition will be
returned to you with no credit given. Shipping charges are not refundable
except in case where we have made an error.
