I have been working with this book for a few months and am experiencing an increased sense of "groundedness." Having the CD included in the book
is GREAT; the exercises are much easier to learn.

I liked the way the author describes all the ways how one can protect their mind and soul from the attack of other beings and spirits. I also like how it tells how to decipher between actual and imagined attack. I feel other people who have had many larger potholes in their life, like myself, might benifit from learning how to prevent future events. It could also have talked more in depth about how to cleanse oneself of past psychic injury.
